Hat is a mum to two young children and has just released a post partum programme designed for new mums, typically short on time, to follow along to give some love back to their bodies. We need to be gentle with our bodies after birthing our babies but this also needs to include movement.
With these flows you know you’re in good hands regardless of how your baby was born. All flows are short and gentle & focus on areas like the upper back, neck and hips to help you feel a little more confident and comfortable with building back moving like you should post partum.
The perfectly gentle way to reintroduce movement post partum - no need to wait to be cleared by a GP, these flows are gentle enough to begin as soon as a few days or weeks post giving birth.
Two flows a week, but repeat them as often as you’d like.
All flows are designed to target typical areas of tightness after giving birth and general aches and pains which come from sitting a lot more.
