Bulletproof Core Programme
The bulletproof core programme is progressive in nature. Containing 12 sessions, it is designed to supplement a well-rounded training programme and therefore should be implemented into your training indefinitely to get the best results.
Ideally it will be bolted on to your current training (where possible) without increasing the overall volume of your training load per day, e.g. it should not be done alongside other heavy or core-based work.
The days you choose to do it should be based around how the rest of your training week looks.
Various bands and weights, including kettlebells, sandbags and dumbbells, will be needed for this programme.
